Message	They had a J30 in the local boneyard - I stripped off a ton of compatible engine parts for $30, upper and lower manifolds, misc electronics, bolts, etc. I wanted the plenum so I could use the throttle body spring return covers. The only real necessary modification that I had to do was fill in one of the drivers side balance tube mount locations with a quick weld, which I did in the garage. Then I had to drill and tap in a different location for the correct balance tube mount location. There is a blank already available for this... you'll see it. Here's a shot of the plenum, getting ready for polishing - after I removed all of those unnecessary mount locations the J30 uses, and some of the FPR and Reg. mount locations: . The other season is the ROAD CONSTRUCTION season, lasting roughly 3 months.
